Working longer hours inevitably impact on the physical and mental health of individual, leaving them emotionally drained and physically exhausted. It is not uncommon for those in debt to work less time due to depression or onset of other stress related illnesses.
For many self-employed individuals the debt stress and time spend trying to resolve their debt problems often left them with little time, energy and effort necessary to run their business.
For those in education debt stress often impacts on their ability to concentrate on their studies, resulting in deteriorating grades and even dropping out of their education.
